yaya~ im a nerd wannabe.. haiz. that is my result. so i wanna be a NERD. hmMM.. yes, im planning to study 24 hrs a day like non-stop. that is so me. hahhhahahh..*im not in the right state of mind right now.. feeling soooooo HOT. n i mean like im suffering heat stroke.
today's chinatown trip was disastrous. we were practically in a suana on the way there. n e sun had to be so sorching hot of all days. haiz.. what is the world coming to ? sun is getting hotter.
n yes. i rmb this quote when reading friend's blog. "success is 99% perspiration, 1% inspiration". n after today's pespiration, i guess we are nearer to success... yeah~

anyway, ytd wedding went smoothly n according to cousin tervis, it ended ard the time they planned it to end. how did i know so much? i was seated at the VIP table. hahaa... so cool hur?
the sweetest and most touching part of the wedding is when the couple gave the thank-you speech. the way they thanked their parents for bringing them up and guiding them through their life. and as they entered another phase of their life, their parents will be their role models. i saw my uncle nodding his head throughout the speech and i can tell he is glad that his son appreciates what he and my aunt had done over the years and that he is thankful. i kept looking at my aunt and him, wondering whether they will dropped tears of happiness. but it seems that i'm the only one at that table who weeped. it was so touching.. my aunt and uncle must be really proud of their son who is so filial. and i've never really seen such a sweet cousin before.
there was also two videos showing their life and the wedding preparation. can u imagine ? they knew each other since primary 1!! but it's only during/after their university life that they got together. and my cousin had waited 7-8 yrs before his beautiful bride finally nodded her head and there was this wedding.
i sincerely wish them all the best and may them have a blissful marriage!

listened to a very meaningful and encouraging talk be my ganesh during gp lesson. every single thing that he said is indeed very true. it's like he went into our minds and saw what we think and feel. some parts of his 'speech' as what i can remember :-
"you are not STUPID, you are just ignorant" (and the way he acted stupid is really so RETARD, as mag always says he is.

juz wanna blog about YJC's Celebrating Values Day. it is quite different from what it seems from my previous post. it was totally fun fun fun!!! everyone was so enthu doing the glitter tattoo. all participated and contributed in a way or another. teachers also came to had tattoo done on them. mr chung had two - a rose! n dolphin. even mrs lim came to do it. i myself had 8 tattoos on my body. so cool~! including a scorpion on my leg. though we were located at a very isolated area, business wasn't too bad. we were happy that we met our target of $200. in fact we earned $300++. however, when i went to the collection area, i realised we are one of the lowest. however, mr chung said that,"ren bi ren, qi si ren". very true... he was happy to see us all so committed and it doesnt matter whether we are reimbursed or not. what is most important is that we all had fun!
after CVD, i went to watch i not stupid too. it's a really touching movie. much better than i not stupid. it reflects the society today, how parents handle their kids and how young ppl like us think about certain issues. nice watching. it's a good end to a wonderful day. =p

haven been online for awhile because of two sis using the comp for their projects. life is boring nowadays. everyday i just feel so tired and i've not been doing much work. homework is always piling up.
sat is celebrating values day. my class dun seem quite enthu abt it. no one knows how to do the body tattoo. we'll just do it on the spot on sat. i dunnoe how to sell the three tickets. it's only three but... haiz. everyone is busy with their own life, n besides, who would come to YJC for a funfair ? i mean most of my friends live far away from here.
leaving all worries aside, i'm glad my tests r not too badly done. at least i passed them, even econs that i rarely passed. hopefully i can continue like that throughout the year. this yr is really impt. only 9mths left. =S i dun wan to let my parents down. including myself. mr chung said,"u must not give up on yourself. bcoz i have not given up on you." he is good! he put in so much effort in teaching us, no wonder he is so angry when we did badly for thermochem test. i think we should not let ppl who TRUST n BELIEVE in us down. we muz show them that we we are worth their trust and belief.
